it is an incredibly friendly property located in deira district just off a filthy restaurant, dubai, and main attractions. the staff is polite and courteous, an absolute asset to this the place.

The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a particularly good area, not far from restaurants and a hanging garden. The rooms were reasonably spacious with mini kitchen, the staff were cooperative and helpful. ...  

We stayed for 3 nights and loved the room, which was tidy with mini kitchen. The location couldn't be more perfect to most shopping centers.

All the staff were excellent co-operating, superfriendly. It was in an absolutely perfect location near old Indian, shopping centre and shops and souks. I usually went to Keventers to grab a bite.

My room was great-sized and quiet thanks to the cooperative staff. Location: the hotel was close to the supermarket and restaurants and old Indian and Pakistanis stores. It also was in center of city. ...  

Everything was good, and it had free wi-fi. The courteous staff made a good impression. I truly enjoyed climate control, a private safe, and flat-screen TV in the extremely spacious room. Had clean bathroom. The location was favourable and perfect, within walking...  

Our room was a nice size, also it had a safe box, television and a microwave. The bathroom was clean, that's important.

All the rooms are reasonably spacious and fairly quiet with mini kitchen and the staff are nice. As for me location is good, just next door to taxis and the restaurant.

The room was great-sized with tea and coffee making facilities, a seating area, and a work desk.

exceptionally friendly hotel located in a particularly good area very close to the metro. the rooms with mini kitchen. variety of options for breakfast in the restaurant. particularly good location, easy walk to everywhere.

The room set-up and the overall compound of City Stay Premium Hotel were quite appealing. Despite a few maintenance issues, we found the room to be comfortable and well-designed. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. The Standard-studio was very big, a good kitchen. The airconditioning worked effectively. Good gym. International clients.

Not much vegetables and no fruit at all included in the breakfast. Changing of towels rarely, only one small roll of toilet paper at a time which was used almost in a day. No hair dryer. Cockroaches. Location unknown to many taxidrivers.

Reception staff were not interested in our queries of tourism in the area and helpfulness in directing us to certain streets or facilities. One of the beds was uncomfortable and pillow lumpy. there is a sign at reception advising of the time of airport shuttle bus but this was unavailable to us. the swimming pool was locked and we could not gain access.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, with shopping malls and stores in close proximity. I loved how easy it was to access Dubai Creek, which was just a mile away from the hotel. There is a great selection of nearby restaurants, such as Al Kabab al Afghani, which is only a 5-minute walk away.

It was good 2 stay here... The language barrier is a little problem....but then again the language barrier is in the whole country
